OnePlus phones seem to be leaking left and right. With us covering the OnePlus 11 and its entire specifications only a few weeks ago, we now have live images of the OnePlus 11R. The rumors are indeed true, we’re going to be seeing the alert slider making a comeback and an IR blaster also paving its way.
OnePlus 11R Images
Please note that the pictured OnePlus 11R is in a security case and it’s not possible for us to remove it at this moment in time
These images are courtesy of Yogesh Brar, and, as we can see, we see an IR Blaster, a four-hole camera array, and the alert slider as well. (Thank god.) As a surprise to absolutely no one, the OnePlus 11R is a flagship high-end smartphone. This means that it’s equipped with all the bells and whistles you can expect out of a modern phone. The OnePlus 11R will have a curved AMOLED panel which is the first for an ‘R’ series product. We can also expect to see this panel on more OPPO/OnePlus devices in the coming months.
As of yet, we aren’t expecting to see the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 launching on the OnePlus 11R with the Samsung S23 being the first mainstream phone to get it for now. However, brands such as Xiaomi and RedMagic have already announced / launched models that are also getting the faster chip.
Without further adieu, here’s the complete spec list of the OnePlus 11R:

Unlike the previous budget-oriented OnePlus 10T and 10R, we’re seeing OnePlus return the Alert Slider back to users. While this may be a welcome change, there really isn’t really much to run home about when it comes to the OnePlus 11R’s specifications.
For instance, the design feels generic at best and the 100W charging (while great) also isn’t that exciting multiple phones are now able to charge at that speed.
What do you think about the OnePlus 11R? We feel like there’s not a lot of improvement compared to the OnePlus 10T. Or, maybe that’s just us. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section down below!
