As anticipated, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 12 Turbo earlier today in China. The phone’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage, was just recently revealed.
The 6.67-inch OLED screen on the Redmi Note 12 Turbo features FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz frame rate. The 16MP front-facing camera has a punch-hole opening in the surface. A 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP closeup zoom are all housed on the rear.
The phone runs MIUI 14 on top of Android 13 and is fueled by a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W charging capability. A audio port, an IR trigger, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6 are all included in the networking department.
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is available in silver, blue, and black. The 8/256GB version is available for CNY 1,999 ($290). The 12/512GB variant costs CNY 200 ($30) more than the 12/256GB model, which costs CNY 2,099 ($305). Priced at CNY 2,599 ($378), the top-tier variant has 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
