Online IT vendor Connection has posted the first MSI-built NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 bespoke versions, with initial costs beginning at $823 US.
While the Founders Edition and Reference AIC versions of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 go on sale on April 13 for $599 US each, there will also be customized units available for a higher price. It appears that one US vendor, Connection, has now offered a number of customized MSI versions with what unmistakably appear to be initial rates. The following are the three variations that the merchant has listed:
In addition to these, two PNY versions, including an XLR8 (VCG407012TFXXPB1) and a dual fan (VCG407012DFXPB1) type, have been advertised by Australian stores.
The MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming X Trio is advertised for about $50 US more expensive than the RTX 4070 Gaming X Trio. Now, these rates are merely provisional given that we have heard that the majority of AIBs will have versions that sell for $599 US, but they merely seem to be an early showing, so they don’t really matter.
What counts are the new cards’ introduction rates and their accessibility. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 targets the high-end general market, so it will be in high demand given that there isn’t currently another next-generation GPU in a comparable price range.
