In a series of tweets, CEO of Nothing Carl Pei has revealed that Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 will power the next Nothing Phone 2. He provides many justifications for the company’s decision.

Now, among Carl’s many explanations is that the Nothing Phone 2’s improved performance with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 compared to the first phone. The performance increase of 80% makes this a top-tier gadget. Plus, there are vast enhancements in areas like battery life, connectivity, camera quality, and more.

Pei’s comments make perfect sense in light of the fact that the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 does provide substantial advancements over its competitors. As a result of these improvements, as well as the fact that it will be priced cheaper than some of the previous flagships of this year, the Nothing Phone 2 is poised to provide outstanding performance and value for the money.

In the following days, we will hopefully find out more about what Nothing has in store for us; be assured that we will keep you apprised of any new developments. So, until then, I’d recommend staying tuned.
