If you are an avid vaper then you must be aware of the frustration when your Vuse vaper runs out of battery, and you are not able to find the charger, or maybe it is damaged or maybe you are out-of-station and you forgot to take the Vuse charger with you.
What do you do?
How do you charge a Vuse without a charger?
Luckily, there are multiple ways to charge your vape without a charger, however, not all of them are safe, let us put that out first. There have been multiple instances where vape batteries have exploded when connected with an inappropriate charger.
If your Vuse vaper comes with a micro-USB charging port then you are lucky, you can use any micro-USB charger that’s available around you, maybe borrow from someone, or buy a new one. However, some of the Vuse models do not have a micro-USB port, so the question remains: how do you charge a Vuse without a charger if it does not have a micro-USB port?
To charge your Vuse you can use any Android or an iPhone charger and cut its charging port to reveal its internal wires (red and black) and directly connect those inner wires to the charging area of your Vuse. Your Vuse’s charging light will turn green and confirm that the vape is charging. We will discuss this in detail further in the article.
However, be aware of the consequences this method could potentially have. The Vuse vape battery might explode. Not to mention, that you will be destroying a good and healthy charger.
There is a way that does not include cutting any chargers or messing with open wires. What is it?

- Do not touch the naked wires when connecting the wires to the vape
- If you feel the vape is heating up, stop the charging at once
- There is a risk that the battery might explode, as there have been various instances where people connected an inappropriate charger to the vape and the battery exploded, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND!
